Your first appointment consists of cognitive therapy, discussing how long, when and why you smoke. We will discuss the triggers that create the urge for a cigarette, vape or e-cig and you will be put into a hypnotic trance to use the power of your mind to gain control of the habit that is controlling you. Each package consists of  3-4 customized sessions, because no 2 smokers are exactly alike. We use positive replacement techniques, not food, so no weight gain. 3 Session Package

The 3 session package is for clients who smoke out of habit, not due to nicotine addiction. You may have begun smoking due to peer pressure or to "look cool". You may get pleasure from holding the cigarette, the interaction of the cigarette in your hand and from seeing the smoke after exhaling.
The first session lasts 2-2 1/2 hours.  The second 2 sessions are 1 hour each. Package fee 400.00. Packages must be paid in full at the first session.

Nicotine Addiction

4 Session Package

The 4 session package is for clients who have a strong addiction to nicotine. These clients smoke at least a pack a day or equivalent nicotine levels in a vape or e-cig. This package begins with decreasing the amount of nicotine that you are inhaling. It consists of a 1 1/2 hour session followed by a 2  hour session and 2 more one hour sessions.
Package fee: 500.00. Package may be paid in 2 payments.
