Credentials and Process

I have been providing clinical hypnotherapy since 2015. Prior to moving my practice to Frisco, CO. I practiced in St. Louis, MO. for 4 years. I provide a phone consultation at NO CHARGE to assess your therapeutic needs and to determine if hypnosis is the correct treatment plan for your particular issue.  If so, we will schedule your first appointment, which will last 2 to 2 ½ hours . At the end of your first session we will determine how many sessions you may need. It is my goal to help you in the most efficient amount of time possible. Time in therapy and results will vary for each client and are based on suggestibility and receptiveness.  I have a national client base and can offer Hypnotherapy sessions in the office or on ZOOM.

You will be guided by me to use the power of your subconscious mind to make the changes that you want to see in your life. Buddha said, "The mind is everything. What you think, you become". Your mind is powerful. Even though you know that certain thoughts, beliefs and habits are harmful to you, you find them hard to dismiss. I will explain why it is so hard to change the negative beliefs, why it is so hard to break bad habits, and how you can gain or increase your self confidence, or gain control over pain or fear. With my help and your mind, you can change harmful thoughts and beliefs, reduce your anxiety and panic attacks, stop smoking, speak in public without fear, or whatever it is that is holding you back from being your best self. You can have control over every part of your life, and therefore,

LIVE A HAPPIER MORE SATISFYING EXISTENCE.
